Scott E. Radcliffe

Scott Radcliffe is a trial attorney. His practice focuses on complex business and commercial disputes, securities disputes, and construction and real estate litigation representing both plaintiffs and defendants. The breadth of Mr. Radcliffe’s litigation experience is expansive and unique. He has successfully prosecuted or defended cases including securities fraud claims, corporate governance disputes, legal malpractice actions, landslide cases, commercial code claims, construction defect actions, and real estate disputes. This background gives Mr. Radcliffe an unmatched ability to creatively litigate cases from different perspectives which typically requires a team of lawyers from different specialties. Mr. Radcliffe is a 2011 graduate of the University of Pacific, McGeorge School Of Law. He was a member of McGeorge’s nationally ranked Moot Court Team where he was finalist in the Pace International Criminal Court Moot Court Competition and went on to argue in the World Finals in The Hague, Netherlands.
