Scott represented my business in a landlord retaliation case. He was masterful in his representation. He did a great job in explaining the litigation and then arbitration process and all of the inter-working parts in between. I never felt out of the loop and always knew what the next step was. He always responded to questions in a timely manner. Scott is aggressive when he needs to be and will fight for you every step of the way. I never felt overcharged and was always invoiced with a detailed description of each billable hour. If you’re looking for a hardworking and fair attorney, Scott is the one for you.

We hired Scott Radcliffe to help out with a pretty daunting issue where our family was penalized with hefty fines (six figures) by the City because of something our tenants did. We were worried that we would lose our life savings but Scott got us out rightly. He was thorough, skillful, and articulate in gathering information and representing the best interests of our family. During the process, he kept us in the loop. Whenever we emailed him with questions, he always responded promptly. If you want a knowledgeable, professional, and well prepared attorney who is willing to go to court, litigate your case and fight for your rights, Scott Radcliffe is the right attorney for you. We highly recommend Scott Radcliffe for your legal needs. We are so grateful that Scott was on ou

Thanh V. – Sacramento

We were referred to Scott from another attorney that no longer litigates anymore. We are so glad we met Scott. We hired him to settle a landlord and tenant dispute, after spending time in consulting and reading his counter dispute, we knew he was high caliber. He seems to know the case more thoroughly that we did.

More importantly, through his advice and how he brilliantly wrote the counter suite, we were able to settle the case to our satisfaction. Was just speaking to my wife about Scott, he loves to litigate, and you need someone who insanely loves to fight for you instead of just settling a case.

If you need a good business lawyer, look no further, Scott will take care of you.

Billy P. – Sacramento

Scott took the time to understand our case; gave us regular updates; and planned out our next steps. Ultimately, he litigated and won our case in court. We received a judgement for the full amount that was owed to us. If you want a professional, honest, and well prepared attorney that is willing to go to court and litigate your case, Scott is the person for you. We are so thankful that Scott was on our side to help us through one of our most difficult situations. Thank you Scott!
